loaded cheese crisps ( beens/cheese/onion/tomato...no meat)  and spanish rice

I'm making martha stewart arctic char recipe. whole grain rice with mushrooms , galic, and onions. Then side of steamed veggies!

I'm going to have a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper and some turkey.

Check out martha stewarts arctic char fish !! SO GOOD!! Also can switch it with salmon!

Tacos....or something very similar.  Most recipes I get an idea of what I'm making, but then change things up.

I had leftovers from the dinner I made yesterday... General Tso's Chicken (from frozen), white jasmine rice and steamed broccoli.  The chicken is not the healthiest, but the overall meal was only 520 calories.  Not bad for a dinner!

I made homemade pad thai tonight with rice noodles, chicken, and cilantro.  :)
