Who is the BMR queen in here?  I am curious as to what mine would be according to your method?

I am 5'9" and 147.7 lbs.

I work out 5-6 times a week doing 60-90 minute workouts that burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories (intense workouts) involving strength training and cardio.

What does your system say my BMR would be?

BMR: 1756

Maintenance while working out 3=5 days per week: 1756*1.55=2721

To lose 1 lb per week: 2721-500=2221

Your ideal calorie range is 1756-2221 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
