Claire?! Pretty please?

I need my BMR calculated again. I have lost about 5-6 pounds and plus I may be eating too little.. ?

Right now I eat around1300-1500 a day. I work out 5 times a week either running or doing exercise dvds.

Here are my stats:

150 pounds

5'3"

25 years old

Work out 5 days a week

BMR: 1486

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1486*1.55=2303

To lose 1 lb per week: 2303-500=1803

Your ideal calorie range is 1486-1803 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
