♥ My journey to becoming a healthier Mommy ♥ Starting over...
Hello all! My name is Melanie and I am starting my journey to be a healthier person.
What I want to achieve: I want to lose. I had a number that I wanted to acheive by a date, but I am setting myself up for failure that way. I want to see the scale go down and be healthier. We have two trips that we want to go on. We want to go on a Motorcycle overnight trip to a B and B in Vermont. That is July 28-29. Then, we will be going to Disney for our ten year anniversary and I would like to fit into a dress that I have.
How am I going to get there: My plan is to eat really healthy and cut out junk. I am going to be doing the lean version of p90x, but and not following it exactly due to a knee injury for my main excercise. I am going to be moving more with my kids and new puppy. No more lounging on the couch.
