i need serious help to lose belly fat
i have lost 14.5lbs everywhere else BUT my belly !!
i run, i walk, i do the 30 day shred, i use the ab lounge, i do exercises on my own (bicycle crunch, plank, etc), i count calories and i am on a low carb diet.
yet - my belly fat goes NO WHERE. i am so frustrated and discouraged.
someone please help me or give me some kind of pointers :(
