I just did Level 2 of the 30 day shred. Please someone tell me it gets easier like level 1 did. That was definitely the hardest thing I've ever done in my life!!!!

You sould like me when I did the first 15 min of the Fit Test for Insanity... I could not walk for 4 days, my calfs hurt soo much. I decided to do Zumba instead.

You know, I have this DVD somewhere....still in it's case.  I'm doing Wii Fit, Leslie Sansone's walk it out, and some Strength Training before I jump into this one.

 It does get better. I have to say, though, level 2 was my least favorite. I loved level 3!

Yes! It gets easier! But it's a great workout! I do it here and there just for the burn

Well I survived day 2 of level 2!!!! I still have to follow Anita for some of it, but I did it & I think it will get easier. Yay!!!!

Stick with it!  The more you work out, the stronger your muscles get, and the less you feel like you're going to die. :)
