Today after 60 minutes of TRW (Tiffany Rothe Workout). Working out has finally become second nature! It's no longer a hastle or something that I choose to do. Rather it is something that I have to do. No excuses or laziness, just getting up and doing it! I can tell my body is changing and I am feeling much better. Feeling better, not only health wise but feeling better about myself, too!
