Not to weigh myself.to finish up my last week of my first year of college(YAY!), then to go into weight loss mode over the summer

You're sweet...these are GOALS keep in mind...like for example, today I did my Bob Harper workout but only got in a 3.75 mile run.  Tomorrow should be good for the 8-10 mile run though:)  No races for me until November when I run my full marathon:)  I typically run around a 9:45-10:30 pace depending on how far I'm running...I'm not a fast runner, just a distance runner:)

Monday - Bob Harper & 6-7 mile run

Tuesday - 8-10 mile run

Wednesday - Insanity & 5-6 mile run

Thursday - Bob Harper & 6-7 mile run

Friday - Insanity & 8-10 mile run

Saturday - Bob Harper & 2 mile walk...it's the CF Walk!

This week I am upping my workouts. My 30 minute personal training sessions are going to be an hour now (2x a week) and now that the weather is getting better, I am going to start running/walking my dd to and from school 2x a week while she rides her bike. Her school is a little over 1.5 mi away. I still have my 2 hour kickboxing class Friday. Some definite workout adjustments this week! Should be interesting ;)

Good Lord Tasha I hope so. The thought of no more sweet tea about gives me a heart attack lol. I'm a GA girl and I'm fairly certain Sweet tea runs in my veins haha

LOL!! I promise you'll be ok! Maybe just cut back a litle at a time and not just go cold turkey so its not as bad?!

When I cut out soda that's how I did it until eventually I was drinking water only :0))
