I can't believe it's MAY!

Track your minutes here!  Update daily, weekly, monthly, however works for you.


Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc).  I'd probably count that stuff btw.


WE CAN DO IT!  :0)   Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, a 1500 minute goal, a 2000 minute goal, or a 3000 minute goal.  ;)

Also a big thanks and great job to everyone who participated last month!  :)

My goal is 1350.  I got 1540 in March and 1250 in April.  April was full of travel so I know I can do better this month!

My goal is 750 min this time. If i go over great. I am due june 1 and with my first i went a week early so hopefully i will again.

Well, let's see. I have scheduled about 90 minutes a week.  Which turns out to be about 450 minutes.  Not alot, by any means, but it's better than what I was doing.  Since working out on the days I work is almost impossible with 12 hour shifts, I'll try to double up on my days off.

So, 450-900 minutes. Yeah, it's a range.
