Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc).  I'd probably count that stuff btw.


WE CAN DO IT!  :0)   Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, a 1500 minute goal, a 2000 minute goal, or a 3000 minute goal.  ;)

Also a big thanks and great job to everyone who participated last month!  :)

Im pretty happy with how things went down this month so I am turning in my mins 2278 I am really really proud of that number.  Once again thank you so much for giving me a forum to keep me accountable.
