I can't believe it's MAY!

Track your minutes here!  Update daily, weekly, monthly, however works for you.


Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc).  I'd probably count that stuff btw.


WE CAN DO IT!  :0)   Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, a 1500 minute goal, a 2000 minute goal, or a 3000 minute goal.  ;)

Also a big thanks and great job to everyone who participated last month!  :)

May 7th- 27 minutes 30 Day Shred Level 2 & 15 minutes Power Sculpt.

5/8 - 120 minutes (zumba class then cardio muscle class)

May 7- third trimester cardio toning 35 min
May 8- walk 70 min Prenatal pilates 51 min

First goal I've set in a long time!  At LEAST 25 minutes a day/5 days a week.  I have a mixture of walking, pilates, and stair climbing to start with.  

It only ends up being about 550-600 for the month- but it's better than 20 minutes a month!
