Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc). I'd probably count that stuff btw.
WE CAN DO IT! :0) Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, a 1500 minute goal, a 2000 minute goal, or a 3000 minute goal. ;)
