Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc).  I'd probably count that stuff btw.


WE CAN DO IT!  :0)   Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, a 1500 minute goal, a 2000 minute goal, or a 3000 minute goal.  ;)

 Ok I need to catch up.  Last week I only got 60 minutes in on Wednesday.  This week:

May 7: 75

May 8: 60

195 minutes so far.....yikes I need to get my butt in gear :P

last week was a slow week for me too.  we can still have a rocking month!  :)

 It was bad for me.  My husband is home for a week at a time and when he is I get so thrown off my schedule LOL.  It was fun though, we went to Vegas for a few days, I hated to come home.  I know we can do this :)
