I did walk away the pounds video this morning and now I'm waiting to do my pilates video when my boyfriend gets home! (my baby boy never lets my enjoy doing my pilates..he always crys and I need focus lmao)

I went back to the gym in the afternoon and did 45 mins of strength training with a friend.

No working out today.  I work 12 hour shifts and it is absolutely killing me to try to work out on the days I work.  So, I concentrate on getting a good workout in on my days off.

Monday night did 2.6 mile walk. And last night did 2.1. Usually doing 2 miles.

So I haven't worked out in about two weeks. Possibly three. I've been getting my ass kicked this semester. However, I plan on getting in at least 5 miles this weekend and starting insanity on Monday. Tbh, I really don't have the desire to start insanity again but I've made a commitment and I'm going to do my best to stick with it. haha thanks for the rant :)
