I am on my second weight loss journey. The first time I lost 25 lbs. and stopped. I was crazy stupid to do that, but I think I had a lesson to learn. Well, lesson learned and I am doing SO much better the second time around. I was just wondering if I am on my own on this thought. Do you find that you lose weight in weird places first rather than the key areas? For example, I can tell my toes are skinnier and longer, lol. Also, my face loses weight first. My butt is smaller and other smaller changes I have noticed keep me excited and I feel as if the weight is just melting off!!!
Any weird places for you?

Quoting .Diddles.:I work out six days a week doing two workouts a night totaling about an hour and twenty minutes. We do both strength and cardio. I found it helps the fat melt away when you combine the two. The workouts are from Turbo Jam, strength is 3T and cardio we do mostly right now is Cardio Party Mix 2. They are both very intense and use similar moves so it is really easy to catch on. The music is fun, Chalene is a great motivator, and we never get bored. Of course, we cut out junk food and soda and drink tons of water. No gimmicks, just the old fashioned way of getting on a healthy routine! If you have any more questions, ask away :)

My Dh was going through old pics tonight and noticed a major difference right away! I'm doing so well that by June I might have to buy new clothes so I don't look frumpy ;)

I started April 6th working out with Dh. He started the day before me. So we have worked out almost all month. Even though I am overweight I can really push through the workouts and burn up to 800 calories with cardio and around 300 for strength. In a way my weight helps me, lol. I cannot stress enough how important strength is too. Trust me, I know the difference! It's cliche, but if I can do it anyone can, honestly. Lol. Good luck!!

How long have you been working out? That's a big drop in shoe size!!

I've lost 90 lbs over the last 2 years, so that's a lot of fat to say goodbye to! LOL The loose skin is really helped with the workouts, especially the strength training.
