My April scale goal was to get out of the 160s. I started April at 167. So this morning, May 1st, I weighed in at 160.0 UGH!!!! I was so close LOL I'm not upset about it because I know it doesn't really matter if I hit 159 today, tomorrow or the next, but I was so close. What does suck though is that last night, after I got in an awesome run, my nose started running and getting stuffy. I was unable to sleep all night and now today I have a full blown head cold. I can't workout with a head cold :( I hope I get over it quickly because I hate not being able to run.
Congratulations! A 7lb loss is nothing to be discouraged about! You did a GREAT job! As you said, it doesn't matter if it happens tomorrow or the next day... you'll get there!
The point of a goal is to keep you motivated... so your goal was not a failure at all. It is what got you to losing 7 lbs!!! That is excellent!
Keep up the great work! I hope your head cold clears quickly so you can get back to your workouts.
