Thinking of creating my own workout routine lol.

With Jillian dvds that is. I have only one week left in Insanity and I'm gonna take a breather from it for a couple of weeks and I was gonna do something different to throw my body entirely. I have the 30 day shred but gave up after a week b/c its a repititious thing with me so I figure if I bought like 6 week 6 pack and then killer buns and thighs or even the yoga meltdown I could do a different dvd everyday and then once I got to like the third I could go back to the beginning on the fourth day thus doing each dvd twice in a week.... Guys I'm thinking this could work in my favor haha. I just can't seem to stick to one of her dvd's for a full month ya know? It would get boring. Oh i also have her boost metabolism burn fat and the shred it with weights but I need something that focuses on core work as well....


what do you guys think? Maybe I'll just buy the 6 week 6 pack and then throw in the shred it with weights and the 30 day shred...

 I am just finishing a Jillian rotation that I started March 12th...I have been doing Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack...I have also added on no more trouble zones and boost metabolism circuits to each day. I have lost 10 pounds and 11+ inches:)

My next rotation will have Ripped in 30 again and killer buns and thighs. I will continue to add circuits of the other dvds, but I will also do treadmill intervals.

I'm no help!  I work out at a gym, so I don't use the DVD programs.  Good luck!  I am sure you'll come up with a great plan!

 Here's a 30 day slim down program using JM videos (not mine) you could use it as a guide. When it says quick trouble zones that means the first 4 circuits of the video.

DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1

Sounds good!   I do so much better when I keep shaking up my routine!  I mix and match several of my exercise DVDs.  I alternate between several of Jillians workouts, several Biggest Loser workouts, Kettleworx, Supreme 90 Day, P90X, Pilates and several others...

I really want to get hip hop abs but right now we are tight with funds until after may when they decide if they are gonna strike or not so thats a no go until probably my birthday .... lol
