 Can someone tell me how many calories I should be eating?  I'm 31yrs old 5'6" and 129lbs.  I just stopped breastfeeding and I'm afraid of gaining weight.

BMR: 1380

Maintenance depends on activity level: 

1-3 days of workouts: 1380*1.375=1897

To lose 1 lb per week: 1897-500=1397

If you workout 1-3 days per week your calorie range is 1380-1397 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

3-5 days of workouts: 1380*1.55=2139

To lose 1 lb per week: 2139-500=1639

If you workout 3-5 days per week your calorie range is 1380-1639 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
