Add some veggies to your dinner.  It won't up it significantly, but it will help.  If you make it more of a stir fry, I bet you could add close to 200 calories with veggies and a sauce.  I'm partial to a mix of Kraft Light Asian Sesame dressing and low sodium teriyaki sauce.  Or broccoli and Light Italian dressing, perhaps with some carrots and bell peppers.

BreakfastYou can always add a tiny bit of cheese into the eggs and that will raise the cals up.

Lunch- Add more veggies to that salad gal! Peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, spinach, etc...if you add several more veggies it will bump it up.

Pineapple, fresh, 100 grams 49 0 12 0
Watermelon, 50 grams 16 0 4 0

Chicken Breast, 4 oz 120 3 0 22

Dinner-I'm assuming the veggies are in the rice? Why not have some steamed broccoli, or something else on the side?

Snack-Instead of a protein shake, you could have PB on toast as a recovery meal. Shakes are not ideal. I know a lot of people like them, but unless you are pulling weights a lot, you don't need a protein shake. Chocolate milk does the same thing as does PB on toast or fruit.

Protein powder is highly processed so I'm not a fan...you can also just have greek yogurt with fruit on it- perfect recovery snack! Add a touch of cereal and honey and it is around 300 calories.

To your lunch, add more veggies, and maybe some whole grain crackers or something.  Some oil-based salad dressing would be good, too- you want to have some fat to absorb fat-soluble vitamins.  For dinner, add more veggies there, too, and again, a salad with some dressing is always good!  Just watch the calories on the dressings- never go fat-free, but don't do 200 calories' worth of dressing either.

I agree with Claire about the shake and the PB- even a banana with PB can be great!

I personally bought a juicer and I am making myself green juice for breakfast.  I find it an easy way to get those fruits and veggies I have been missing into my diet.  Might be an easy way for you to up those calories.

you've got great advice from the other ladies :)

I just wanted to say if you just type in "onion", "tomato" or "jalapeno", and make sure "all words" is selected under the search bar, the raw version of these things shows right up as the first choice. Hope that helps! You can always add your own if you really can't find it.
