Was supposed to be max cardio conditioning and cardio abs but I just did the cardio conditioning. Only one week left of insanity and I'm done, kind of bitter sweet I guess.

3.5 mile walk this evening

50 mintues on my stationary bike and about 45 mins of hardcore playtime outside with my dd today. (before we started my weight loss journey we stayed inside all day (I KNOW IT WASNT FAIR TO HER) but now we try to spend at least an hour outside a day. I even set a timer!

I danced to Just Dance 3 for an hour. Skipping 30 Day Shred today because I've been up since 5am with two cranky kids, I need sleep!
