* (before anyone tells me they still workout on their period I want to say that I CANT- I'm borderline anemic and am allergic to iron supplements, combine that with extremely heavy bleeding and I'm lucky I live through the first few days- exercising is a big no-no for me the first 2-3 days and then the next 2-3 I can only do light stuff until I start getting energy back)*
Anyways.... I did my bike still acouple days in there but today was my first day back to JM and holy crap! That was painful! Lol! I love the feeling after though, like I just got my butt handed to me.... Makes me feel like I'm doing something good!!
