So I work out at the gym with my husband. He goes bright and early before work two days a week. I go to zumba before lunch twice a week and a spin class on Friday afternoons. And then three nights a week we go together and that is when we do most of our free weights and a ton of cardio.
My issue is my booty and my thighs. My last baby went straight to my butt and legs and I am having trouble getting that off. I am trying low weights high reps machine squats but it isn't doing a lot.
Any advice on things I can do to help would be so very appreciated!
