Those shakes really aren't good for you and they don't teach you how to eat healthy. A lot of ladies in the group use Shakeology (sp) or Body by Vi shakes but honestly I refuse to drink my calories in shakes.
What about something small like a half sandwhich and a soup (they make some low sodium kinds in drinkable cups that might be convienant for you)?

I would try to avoid those shakes if possible. Many of them are loaded in sugar, which is not great if you are trying to lose weight. I agree with the others who said to try making your own shake with natural fruits and milk (or even 35-calorie almond milk) and protein powder.
Otherwise I would just pack yourself a sandwich or something that you can eat on the go.
