I am not new to cafemom but I am new to this group. I would like to lose between 80-100lbs which was my "before being married weight". My DH is no help in this and will always have junk in the house. I recently joined MFP but have no friends on their yet. I am looking to start slow with just walking the school track during my kids' sports practice. I fell into a really deep depression soon after my DH and I got married 4 years ago and have just started feeling better and I want to lose the weight to feel even better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
