Yea I do at times but something light and sometimes i do eat cereal before bed if I'm missing calories.....and I'm still losing weight!
When I'm low on calories I usually do peanut butter. nom nom :)
I agree with a previous poster, calories don't know what time of day it is. If you're hungry and have calories to eat, eat! :)
I used to love cereal before bed and was part of my bedtime routine. If you're missing that many calories, I say go for it.
I try not to eat after 7PM but if I did it'd need to be very light on the cals/carbs. Veggies maybe?
I eat cereal around 8pm every night. My current favorite is Multi-Grain Cheerios with low fat milk but I switch up every once in a while. It keeps me from getting too hungry in the evening which used to be a big downfall for me.
