Okay's time for our Spring/Summer Challenge!  

This time, our challenge will be for pounds loss, inches lost, going down in pant size, or whatever your own personal goals might be!  Make this challenge personal for you!  

This week, list your starting weight, starting inches, or starting pant size.

Good luck ladies!  This challenge will go from May until the end August...4 months!

Starting weight 185
Challenge starting weight (today) 146.4
Goal weight 135
Current size 8-10
Goal size 6

So I'm hoping to lose 11.4 lbs for this challenge. I think it's doable.

Other goals: work out with Jillian DVDs Monday-Friday and take strength class at the gym on Saturdays. Also, try to get to Zumba or some other cardio at least 3 times per week. Sundays are rest days.
I just bought Extreme Shed and Shred and will start it on Monday :)

Starting weight: 284
this challenge start (5/4): 214.4
Challenge goal pounds: 20 or 194
Pants goal: currently in a snug 16 would like to get to 14. My pants size are the slowest to change.

I still am working through a knee injury as well. I want to really work on my food and slowly get back to working out. My 9th anniversary is July 11th and I would really like to be under 200.

 Startin Weight:148.6lbs

Startin Pant Size:10 in old navy jeans

Goal Weight:125lbs-23.6lbs to lose

Goal Pant Size-7/8

I will be doing weights and cardio 3 times a week at the gym and taking classes as well. Zumba and a Kick Boxing Class.

Gotta get my calories up and keep them up!!

Im in but I cant start till milton is born.
Starting weight 150ish( i am 148 right now and am 36 weeks pregnant
Goal weight- 133( not my 120 prebaby weight but what always seems the weight i get stuck at)
Goal- start toning. I have only gained an inch in my thighs and three in my hips so i want to get half way there by august. Hopefully start toning my belly some. By oct i want to fit into my jeans again.!
Oh and by end of August I want to be able to run around my neighborhood once 1k. And be able to walk a 5k again without having issues walking after. Speed is not a factor
