I just made up my own workout plan for the summer
Between five dvds, taebo total bodu fat blasting, taebo fat blasting cardio,30 day shred, biggest loser bootcamp, and lsat chance workout.i well also be running three days a week.I'm getting intense this summer since I'm sure the program will get intense and I will not be able to workou as much as wanted.has anyone done these dvds other than the shred?

I've done the shred and last chance workout. I don't do either too much though. Last chance workout is pretty good...I burn quite a few cals doing it!

I have 30 day shred and last chance workout. I like 30 day better.
