First off... a big dissappointed sigh. *SIGH*
I have gotten way off track from my training. Today I went to go pick up a new work out outfit for my first 5K tomorrow. It was eye-opening.
It was just a big reminder of why I need to focus and stay on track. I am really dissappointed with myself for letting myself slip back into a rut.
BUT the show must go on!
Tomorrow I am going to run my first 5K.
It is going to mark the beginning of a renewed journey towards fitness for me.
Here we go again!
