I have started working out daily as often as I can. I am doing Zumba and absolutely love it. I started 5/2 starting at 161.4 and now down to 158.2 today. I love the feeling of accomplishment. I know most of what I have lost is water weight but it still feels good. I love feeling healthier and have so much more energy.

Thank you. For all you ladies that love to dance Zumba is a blast. I am hoping to lose 10 lbs by the 15th of this month.
