Im back in the gym! Lol it feels so good.

Anyway i cant remember what all you need.

Age: 25
Weight: 221 :(
Working out 5 days a week for 30-90 minutes
Also breastfeeding

BMR: 1831+500 ( Bfing)=2331

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2331*1.55=3613

To lose 1 lb per week: 3613-500=3113

Your ideal calorie range is 2331-3113 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
