Whats the workout plans for today ladies?
What workouts does everyone have planned for the day?
Today was the start of my phase II of p90x I did chest and tri its was GOOD got a 330 cal burn off it and really had to push because it used a TOTALLY different group of body parts then what I had gotten use to in Phase I but thats the WHOLE point of it all!
I start off by doing a mile jog (going to try for 1 1/2 today) then i get my mom to join me for a 11 minute cardio dance program. ^_^ Then jumping jacks (up to 100) and going to start back doing my push up jacks, and other forms of push ups!! <3 My friend is going to bring the Insanity videos this summer!! Got in a 20 minute walk this morning, thinking about doing my elliptical later on today. My calf has been acting up since late last night, so that might the only thing it can handle today.
Going for a sunrise hike, then this evening, still hoping to drag DH to the gym (I'm going either way).

I'm taking it easier today- I did an hour of cardio every day but one so far this week- so I'm probably gonna walk a few min- do some arm stuff with my weights and probably a bunch of crunches and whatnot
i wish i could but i have to go to a bridal shower soon. i might when dh is putting dd to bed tonight but depends on what time i get home.
