rest day! :D
I revisted the 30 day shred and did level 3 to see how far I have come...I finally broke a sweat mid way through the second circuit.
Then I did some strength training work with the medicine ball.
Plus, speed intervals on the treadmill..
75 minutes total for the day.
Outdoor running, 6.5 miles, 10:18 pace
..I got nothing, worked out six days in a row, needed a day off....sitting here getting ready to watch the Derby...eating chicken wings and drinking a beer (Michelob Ultra..95 calories). Really needed a day off, but I know come tomorrow, I will regret it! <grin>
I did NMTZ and burned 313 cals. Then went on a walk with the family for an hour and a half and burned 514 cals! Holy crap! I wouldn't have believed that at all, but since I have a bodybugg I kind of have to. :)
i didnt really work out today :( went to a bday party and played outside there....then worked for 4 hrs (retail) so a good bit of walking there....i'm going to guess 60 minutes of walking. yay! 220 minutes for may so far!
I think I am going to try out a new Turbo Jam workout. Today should be my rest day, but I want to do something. It is late, but who cares it is the weekend! I'm thinking Fat Blaster :) Anyone tried it?
