First day of C25K
10 minutes on total gym
30 minutes on stationary bike

We'll see what all I get done! ;) I know for sure I'm doing the first day to the C25K program and I'd like to do some time on the total gym. After that if my body is still functioning I will probably do a little bit on the bike! I despise that stupid gazelle so I doubt I'll go anywhere near that thing! LOL!
