Soo. I have started running again (Love IT! Cant believe I ever let myself stop), and doing a lot of strength training for a couple areas of my body. Plus I put my scale away and have really been trying to eat healthier and not focus as much on the weight from day to day.(which was hard at first)
It has been a couple weeks since I started with all of this.
I was sitting on the couch with my hubby a few minutes ago and he has always had this habit of nudging my thigh with his toe..well he went to do it today and went 'hey! It doesnt jiggle anymore!' Then he started to look me over and was having me flex my leg muscles..and looking at my arms. He is shocked at the improvment in just a couple weeks.
He said i'm looking good. Yay! I love when he is proud of me. :o)
Now to keep puching and see how much more i can change in the rest of the month of May(i took the no weigh for May challenge)!

Thanks! I dont know why i was reluctant to start with the strangth training before now. It has made such a big difference in a very short time. Kicking myself for not doing it before.
I am supposed to run again tonight and I am literally counting down the hours until I can get on my elliptical! Im moving up to 6 minutes of running and 2 minutes of walking for my intervalls tonight. Gonna go for 45 minutes! (Thats one episode of biggest loser. Lol love that show!)
