After a week of busting my butt...I lost 5.2 pounds!!! Im now 150.8. My weekly goal is to get into the 140s!

Thanks so much! i was worried that i wouldnt see any results this early. I know i wont continue to lose this much weekly. Most was probably water weight but im still really happy.
