Ok my niece finally fell asleep but in the middle of the living room so instead of doing NMTZ now and my bike this evening, I'm going to do my bike now and NMTZ this evening!

TF Fire 45 EZ, then some P90X Ab Ripper and Back and Biceps tonight.

i did 60 minutes on my exercise bike. i burned 734 calories.

Just finished up 80 minutes on my bike. It wasn't super intense or anything but not slow either. Just a nice even pace!
