Ok my niece finally fell asleep but in the middle of the living room so instead of doing NMTZ now and my bike this evening, I'm going to do my bike now and NMTZ this evening!

I did 1/2 hour on the treadmill at the gym this morning, then gotta work this afternoon, so not much activity sitting at my desk.

i did 60 minutes on my exercise bike.  i burned 734 calories.

Just finished up 80 minutes on my bike. It wasn't super intense or anything but not slow either. Just a nice even pace!

46 minutes at the gym today.  I did abs and arc machine. :)
