Running or should i say jogging stairs is HARD!!! lol. I did 16 sets of 16 stairs... i'm tired. lol.

Even walking them on the StairMaster at a faster pace is hard. Just a brisk walk gets my heart rate into zone 3. I can't imagine jogging or running stairs.
