So 4 months ago I went on a diet..ate right...gave up soda..went to the gym..went off of it for about 2 months but in the time of 4 months ive lost 22lbs!! I hadnt weighed myself in months and was surprised to see my weight stayed down!..so today here i am back on my diet...no soda...eating better,watching calories and walking again and gym when i can get a chance! I was 167 before i had my 1st child and that was almost 7 years ago and 4 months ago i was 276 and now im down to 255! I really want to get below 200 again cuz i hate the extra weight makes me feel..tired..depressed and i need to just stop making excuses and get off my ass and do something about it..so heres me trying again!!
