Today, I start my weight loss journal. My goal is to have a waist line again. I have a lot of clothes that just no longer fit, and that is not ok with me. I can't afford a whole new wardrobe, and shouldn't have to anyway. Since I have a very bad back, I have to find exercises that are not going to put me in significant pain. I am going to start with yoga and walking.
