Zumba this morning for an hour!
Calorie knockout 3 levels...
either the exercise bike or mowing today. it depends on the weather. it's supposed to rain but the sun is shining. so we'll see.
I just finished a taebo cardio workout! :)
I just got back from the gym. I did 25 on the StairMaster doing the Fat Burn program at level 9. Then I did 25 mins on the stationary bike doing the Random Hill program at level 12, trying to stay around 95 rpms. That was 5.85 miles. Then I did some ab work. I burned 575 calories.
This afternoon I will be going back to the gym to do a strength-training session with a friend. We'll likely be there for 45 mins to do the total body strength-training session.
