Hi, Sharon! I'm Michelle... I'm 31 with a 5 year old, 3.5 year old, and 2 year old. I'm 31, but on most days, I feel much younger than that -- my workouts make me feel younger!
What are you currently doing to get healthy? Are you looking for more diet-based help? Exercise help? Or both?
Welcome Sharon!! Eating right and exercising will help keep you from feeling 60! I was 29 when I started my journey, too (right before my 30th birthday), and I feel 25 now! I feel better than I ever have.
Do you have an eating plan yet? What kinds of exercise do you enjoy?

Hello!!! Basically it boils down to eating a little less .. taking in less soda (if possible) and when I can .. going for walks. I am looking for healthier eating habits and excerise on a short time frame for my day. Good luck on that huh? LOL

I have been visiting my journey on and off for the past hmmm ten years. LOL I just can't seem to stay with it. Work and family .. not to mention stress .. always knock me off course.
I enjoy walking and riding my bike .. but with DD being independant it is hard to keep her attention and not having a mini meltdown LOL
