Ugh I NEVER complain about over eating because I really dont do it often but Im doing it now. All day Ive just gorged and eaten everything. Uggggghhh.
I feel better after confessing.
So far Ive had
an apple, vega preworkout drink, vega protein shake, a baked potato with salt and chives, 1/4 bag plain sun chips (where the eff did those even come from??), a tbsp of PB and dark choco chips, 2 tacos with rice, beans and salsa, a ww biscuit, and now Mike is making pancakes and hashbrowns. Not a single green veggie in there. So unlike me! I guess we all have our days huh?
oh and a crap ton of ginger ale
