I would really love it if someone could calculate my BMR for me.  Pretty, pretty please.  :)

Here are my stats:
40
5' 6.5"
272
Sedentary (I have no official workout routine yet.) 

I would love to lose 1.5-2 lbs. a week.

BMR: 1962

Maintenance while sedentary- you can't cut calories or you will go into starvation mode. 

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1962*1.375=2697

To lose 1 lb per week: 2697-500=2197

Your ideal calorie range while working out 1-3 days per week would be 1962-2197 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1962*1.55=3041

To lose 1 lb per week: 3041-500=2541

Your ideal calorie range if you worked out 3-5 days per week would be 1962-2541 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

I'm so confused about mine. :( I made a post about how I thought I should be losing more but am not. Could you help me too? Please? :D
