Before my hubby got back from deployment I was doing so great on weight loss. I was working out 6-7 days a week and eating really well. Now I can't seem to stay in my calories for the day (I'm going over which isn't normal for me I used to not eat enough at all.), and I really don't have to much time to work out.
A lot of this has to do with going to physical therapy 3 times a week and that is almost two hours out of my day and then cleaning, cooking, girls' swim class, and gymnastics, so I barely get things done. Add to that the hubs has been in and out of port. I'm so frustrated with myself and I have so much more to loose and I know I can do this so what the heck is going on.
Sorry you ladies had to read all of that but I needed to get that off of my chest.
I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.
