If you want your BMR calculated, respond to this post with:

Weight

# of days per week you workout

BFing: yes or no ( this impacts the numbers greatly) 

If you want it done for someone else, add their gender too!

Age 27

Height 5'7"

Weight 184

# of days per week you workout  0-3

BFing: yes or no ( this impacts the numbers greatly)

I don't need to know it yet but how exactly does bf change the numbers? I know after I get my go a head to exercise after the baby I am going to want to know so I eat enough

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1879*1.375=2583

To lose 1 lb per week: 2583-500=2083

His ideal calorie range is 1879-2083 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

Hey gal! 

If you are BFing you need to add an extra 500 calories to offset what is burned while BFing..
