Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1772*1.55=2746

Your ideal calorie range is 1772-2246 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

The 6 day formula is for people that are working out at least 2 hours per day 6 days per week, but I'll give you the numbers:

1772*1.725=3056

To lose 1 lb per week: 3056-500=2556

Your ideal calorie range at the 6 day formula is 1772-2556 calories per day to lose 1lb per week.

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 2121*1.375=2916

To lose 1 lb per week: 2916-500=2416
