Level 2 of the Shred. I can't wait until I can do it without drooling on my carpet because it's so stinkin' hard! I plan on going for a couple mile walk later too if the rain holds off!
60 minutes on the exercise bike
did it...it was difficult today but did it.
Had to change workouts today since my knee is acting up....so I did 20 minutes of punching on heavy bag and upper strength(in intervals).
i did the insanity 'pure cardio' dvd and nearly died.
