Two steps forward one step back!

I've been doing so good exercising an eating right but today... It's a one step back kind of day. At least the food will be delicious! Tomorrow can start my two steps forward again :)

Anyone else go through this??

I am not doing too bad today..I had a small slice of red velvet cake and a chocolate chip cookie. I find if I do too much I feel yucky. Sometimes it just isn't worth it.

Oh I had to slap myself this morning I might go on a 3 rd walk I had about 6 chocolate covered strawberries for breakfast

Eh- it's one day.  You'll do great tomorrow ;)

I've done fine- I'll actually be under my calories if I don't figure out something else to eat! -wasn't hungry for a snack earlier...

It was my weakness. The sugar cookies (the ones with pictures on them). I had way too many. Meal wise I was fine.

Me and Jillian will be tangoing tomorrow lol.

Yeah, totally blew it today, kinda blew it yesterday and the day before, but today was really over my calories and I cant even count it all.  But tomorrow I am ready to be back on track.  I also have been having pms/tom so that hasn't helped.
