Ive been using old pics for my current so I thought I'd better update them!
my youngest was about 10-11 months old in the "befores".
I started at 229 so I've lost 75. I work full time and my dh works opposite hours so its usually just me and my 2 little boys! I've mostly exercised after they're asleep. Just last week I started going to the gym during lunch break instead.
I track my calories and food on myfitnesspal. I love mfp! I try to eat healthy but I definitely still eat some junk here and there. ;)
I'm 10 lbs overweight now so I do want to lose a bit more but I'm not really in a hurry ;)
