I'm trying to make a list of things I need at the store, for two weeks, so I can start making better choices with food!
Breakfast and lunch ideas mostly but anything will help, thanks!

I buy eggs at least 2 dozen at a time, and I boil up a dozen.

Whole wheat English muffins

Kashi Go Lean cereal

Nonfat milk

Fruit- oranges, apples, bananas, right now there are finally peaches, cherries, apricots, nectarines, etc.

Veggies- broccoli, salad mix, lettuce, spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, artichokes, etc

Black beans

Grass-fed ground beef

Extra lean ground turkey

Frozen fruit and veggies

Sprouted wheat bread

These are just a few ideas, certainly not a comprehensive list!  Do you plan your meals?  I always (well, except for lately it seems) plan my meals, then shop around that.  This keeps me from throwing away food, and it helps take the guess work out.  I even plan out my snacks.

1% milk
Cottage Cheese (low fat…Kraft is my favorite)
Sour Cream
Greek Yogurt (for DH…not me…I hate it, lol)
Regular yogurt (for the kids)
Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat)
Eggs (2-3 dozen)
Sliced Cheese
Lunch Meat – Reduced Fat (low sodium too if I can find it)
Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast (I buy 5-10 pounds per week because we often eat left overs for lunch)
Whole Grain Cereal (whatever I feel like each week)
English Muffins
Cheddar Cheese (reduced fat)
Taco Seasoning (sometimes I make my own but when I buy it I get Lawry’s because it’s less sodium)
100 Calorie Guacamole Packs
Salad (2-3 bags per week)
Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil and Cracked Pepper
Whole Wheat Tortillas (1-2 packs)
Whole Wheat Bread (2-3 loaves)
Pasta Sauce (I prefer to make my own but when I don’t have time I buy jarred)
Frozen Broccoli
Black Beans
Canned Tomatoes (various kinds depending on what I’m making that week)
Frozen Corn (we don’t eat it often but there are a couple of recipes I have that call for it that we’re having this week)
Sweet Potatoes
Green Beans (I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE fresh steamed ones)
Corn Tortillas
Spinach (sometimes fresh and other times frozen)
Bell Peppers

I'm sure I'm missing some things but this is what a typical week looks like. I make sandwhiches, grilled chicken salads, wraps, burritos, etc for lunch. I make homemade egg Mcmuffins, eggs with toast, cottage cheese and fruit, etc for breakfast.

Ground white turkey, turkey bacon (low sodium), turkey kielbasa and chicken breast are really the only meats I buy that I eat.

Lots of fruits and veggies.

Fiber One bars, Kelloggs cereal bars (I buy store brand of both of those though), laughing cow cheese, peanut butter, wheat or wonder smart white bread, eggs, whole wheat bagels, low fat shredded cheese, smart taste pasta, brown rice, spaghetti sauce.

I usually just look around and decide.
