These are under SparkPeople's "Nutrition" Section. Allrecipe.com has a meal planner, sorta, but it's not completely free. You have to become a Supporting Member which is only like, $20 a year or something, really cheap. KitchenMonki might have one, although I'm not sure. I don't go there that much.

I typically just go through my cookbooks and decide on meals to make during the week. I'm not that fancy! There are sites out there to do that for you, though....my friend uses emeal.com for her meal planning and she loves it! It's about $20/month or so but I think they have a special right now for $29/year or something really cheap! Good luck!
